Holiday Boot Camp!

Holiday Boot Camp begins on November 8, 2010.

Let's fight the FAT this holiday season. Think FIT not FAT! I will help you stay focused on your goals as we approach the holidays. Don't wait till New Year's....start today!

Date: Mondays and Wednesdays

Time: 7-8 pm

Where: Murrieta, California

The Power to Do Group Fitness Schedule

Yoga

Level: Multi
When: Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm

Where: Murrieta indoor location. Contact me for more information

Cost: $5/class or 6 classes for $25

RSVP: 24 hours advanced notice to reserve your spot. Please email thepowertodogroupfitness@hotmail.com

If you would like to request a date/time/level, I will be happy to try to accomodate a group of 4 or more. Please send an email to thepowertodogroupfitness@hotmail.com to make a request.

Cost: FREE! Happy New Year!

Six week session begins January 11 and ends February 22.

No class on February 15.

Personal Training

Available for 1 or 2 people sharing a one hour session by appointment only. Contact me for rates.

Private Yoga Sessions

Available by appointment only. Contact me for rates.

Outdoor Morning Fitness Retreats

Scheduled seasonally. Retreats include 1 hour of yoga, an energizing snack, a 1 hour hike/jog and an organic lunch. Retreats are held at various locations such as various farms, parks, etc. Contact me for the current schedule and instructions for registering. Cost is $40 per person or $75 per couple.

Wedding Day Yoga

Held for brides and their bridal party. I will travel to your location and hold a special yoga session in effort to help you relax and focus on the morning (or night before) your big day. Contact me for pricing and more information.
